Light Truck: Vehicles up to and including Ford F-550 or comparable models.
Heavy Truck & Equipment: Above F-550 ( or similar models), including heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, and other commercial machinery.
Trailer: Utility, equipment, and commercial trailers of various sizes and configurations.
Snow Equipment: Commercial snow removal equipment, including plows, spreaders, hydraulic systems, and related equipment.
Travel time is based on the estimated driving time from our service area base to the customer's service location, as calculated using the Maps App or comparable application. Locations with an estimated travel time of 29 minutes or less round trip are not subject to a travel-time charge. For locations beyond 29 minutes, the applicable travel-time charge will be based on the estimated driving time shown by the Maps App at the time the service is scheduled.
